Next CPPAC meeting is  on Wednesday, May 20th 2026, at Doherty High School, where Superintendent Brian Allen will discuss the 2025-2026 school year and plan for the 2026-2027 school year, with interpretation services available in Spanish and Portuguese, and pizza will be served.

Created in 1981, CPPAC is led by parents and caregivers to discuss, collaborate, and share information about the Worcester Public Schools.

​CPPAC is an advisory council to the Administration and School Committee of the Worcester Public Schools. The council is made up of parents who represent the schools that their children attend. The official explanation of the council is:
​

"In order that the parents of children in the Worcester Public Schools may have a means of communication with each other and with the School Administration, the Superintendent of the Worcester Public Schools, with the authorization of the Worcester School Committee, has organized a parent participation organization called the Citywide Parent Planning Advisory Council."
